Is Brother Derek going to run? If he runs, then SNS will not be 6-5. SNS would probably be more like 2-1 or 5-2 if BD runs.

This was really funny; Before the Woodward a lot of people gathered around the paddock to take pictures of Funny Cide and Papi Chullo's groom yelled as he was leading Papi by; "Free membership to the Papi Chullo fan club!"

Maybe not when Brother Derek is allowed to run the race his way but I think the former is much better when not dictating the race on his own. Brother Derek ran one heck of a Classic, but he got to where he needed to be from the get-go. In the Malibu he was a different sort of horse, I thought that Gomez would have been best served to have Brother Derek on the outside to begin with, but when he tried to get him to move either along the rail or swing out, Brother Derek wasn't co-operating.

He was really taken up sharp in that race SS. I mean he was stuck in a bad spot, wasnt allowed to run, wanted to be more forward, just a real bad race in general. His Classic was more indicative to the kind of horse he is. I think he will have a pretty nice year.

I believe the San Fernando is still in order for him this coming Saturday, hopefully that will work out better.

Please get me a direct line to any of the Brother Derek connections so I can sweet talk them into running.

As SS said, I think BD is running at Santa Anita in the San Fernando.
