Default NFL - Upcoming Sunday

Tough to back the Colts here with Payton Manning's history in BIG games.
NE has won more ugly games , but , winnnig is still winning. I think the difference here could be a very close game. That being said , Brady and Bill are 12-1 in the playoffs with 3 SB wins. Hovever, that record would proabably be more like 7-3 if not for Vineteri key kicks- If its not for him you can take away eaisly 3 /4 wins , now he stands on the other side . The Colts rarely lose at home, the last game they lost at home was to Pitt in the playoffs last year and we know how bad they played in that game and if they had the right kicker last year they may well have gone on to Detroit instead of the Steelers. The pick is the Colts -3

in the NFC
NO is a great story here, but, to make Scavs and Hooves happy , I will go with Da Bears -2.5.

No way lady, you're down at least 3-1. girls always do like feel good stories though. you're just hoping for a romantic-comedy style ending to this season.

sadly, it's going to look more like that horror film Wolf Creek around 5 pm this sunday.

Oh ok, like you've never been wrong in your life. You sounded pretty embarassed the other night on the phone after this conversation we had:

You: I love you too
Me: I never said I loved you
You: I love you too
Me: You're drinking, obviously, I think you're a lot of fun and can't wait for next weekend
You: You don't love me?
Me: No Jamie, I don't love you
You: Well **** you then, Brian.

Most of the logical picks last week were the home teams in my opinion

Most people liked the Ravens, Saints , Bears and Pats. Only 1 of those teams covered - All 4 roads covered last week in a week that the home team generally wins and covers.

I say this week both homes win and cover

If I were to make one play Sunday it would be N.O. for that reason.

But at this point the lines are really too tight to wager on. Gamble, ok, but you won;t find a loose line in the playoffs.

Man I miss the WFL real bad. Those were the days. Michigan Panthers, NJ Generals, etc...

Peyton erases his demons...the "hoody" & "pretty boy Tom" go home thank god!!!

COLTS vs. SAINTS...one thing is guaranteed - a dome team will win a Super Bowl

New England 34, Indianapolis 26

New Orleans 24, Chicago 19

Will be a hell of a Super Bowl...

i think the bears have looked poor the last few games, struggled to beat a beat up team that only got that far because of butter fingers.. the colts couldn't get in the endzone last out.

pats vs saints in the superbowl.

To all the CHI backers congrats - Scavs , Hooves etc - good luck in the next game.

As for the Ne/ IND - probably one of the best title games in the last 20 years for a conference title
