Bethani and the little fuzzy one have gone to bed...I was informed to add Chili Peppers "Higher Ground" to the list of good covers.

Good covers: (Didn't we do this topic recently?)

The Sundays...Wild Horses
G & R...Knocking on Heaven's Door
Byrds...Tamborine Man
Peter, Paul and Mary...Blowin' In The Wind
Jimi Hendrix...All Along The Watchtower

Worst...any number of metal songs done by Pat Boone (leather jacket and all)!

Worst Cover-
I love the Fuggees, but I hated when they did the cover of Bob Marley's "No Woman, no Cry"

Whatever that group was that re-made Michael Jacksons "Smooth Criminal." Now that was awful.

The Beatles' cover of "Twist and Shout!"

I also like Sonic Youth's cover of "Superstar."

I like the IGs' cover of "Romeo and Juliet," too, Bethani.

Worst-- for me, Clay Aiken's rendition of "Bridge Over Troubled Waters." Dude, did anyone ever tell this kid what a "build" 'is?

I think Sheryl Crow's cover sucked, too, but I'm glad she did it because it shows up on karaoke machines and I can sing her version. Because, of course, it's all about me.
