Another well done debate AVery. I'm improving but still have a ways to go I think!! Just another brutal week in Cleveland sports...pretty much same ol *&** as always!! I woke up to 11 inches of snow in my driveway this lovely May morning, and you have the audacity to question why I live in Idaho!!! Shame on you!! AT least I won't have to mow the lawn today.

Gosh I'm sorry....I was busy destroying a certain Gatekeeper somewheres else.

Yes...tough break on that weather.....and tough break on The Chosen One.

One of these days he'll back up all that talk and not miss an important game winner.

I have to say I have grown fond of the Wizzards. I like the way they play hard...not dirty...just hard.

I also think they have come out with some really funny lines during this series.

Perfect WedgieStrategy example.

Lewis did very well as a rookie relief pitcher last year.

Not so well this year..but not bad.... era of about 3.6 So what happens? Out of the blue he gets sent down....and a Wedge player is called up. Elarton.

Elarton is about 78 years old and is coming off an arm transplant. No one else wanted him.

We did.

His first relief appearance was to come in a game clean with the scored tied 3-3.He made it through the inning giving up only 3 runs and we lost 6-3.

That was quite comical. Elarton stunk when he was good. HE had a serviceable 2005 as their 5th starter. That was the end of his career...or at least should have been. I had no idea Lewis got sent down. I agree he has not been very good this year, but he has been much better than Betancourt who has completely imploded with another episode blowing the game yesterday. Odd goings on with this team this year.

You should be. I'll be your 3rd base coach and hold up Sizemore from 2nd on a double to the corner.

Skinner is even better at sending people about 20 feet too late.

"Who's on first?" was never this funny.

Hafner is now undergoing shoulder reattachment surgery. They thought about letting a new one grow back, but decided it would take too long.

Should be "fine" by tomorrow.

Boy they better hope this works.

Let me ask all you major league managers out there something.

How do you take a 30 year old guy that is a dh....that's right....a dh....and is in a very bad and long slump who just happens to have a history of arthritis and joint problems....and sign him to 5 more years for around 11 million a year???

DUH.

But that's the problem---he ain't got one!

Seriously---he doesn't. Even more seriously.......Choo-Choo Sin is about to be called up...if he already hasn't been. They have to and so we have another fine young outfield prospect up here.....which can only mean either Marte's experiment is done or someone is getting traded.

I think traded. If it's FG ( FG Fan's fav) ..then I quit, but that's what they'll do.

Betcha.

It is hard to decide if you should laugh or cry with this outfit. FG goes 2 for 2 with a triple and walk last night so with based loaded one out in the 8th they trot up Dom Delluise to pinch hit for him last night. Their full time clean up hitter has indeed made it to June with zero home runs.
