Depends on what they are going to do with late scratch, still no 100% confirmation on what happens in the P6, although it might be reaching that you got the favorite. You would think they would have given time to change tickets instead of just going full bore...

They said on TVG, Frank M., that it is a refund only at Kee, it does not move to the favorite. So unless you played the 7 you don't get it with the late scratch. Going to affect a lot of tickets.

I am playing at home based on the contest, but like some I'm superstitious to post my picks. Live so far but I'm sure I'll get beat in the last 2.

So only at Keeneland meaning LIVE or meaning the only track to do it?

I just went and looked it up. Should have known NOT to listen to TVG.
This is from Kee site on rules dated 3/25/08:

Pick 6:
    2. a. In the event of a late scratch after Pick 6 wagering has concluded, the bettor receives the actual post time favorite as evidenced by the amount wagered in the win pool at the time of the start of the race.
    3. b. In the unlikely event the condition of the turf course warrants a change in racing surface, see "c" above.
So yes it does go to favorite at Kee, there would have been no confusion without TVG.

Congrats to LAVA...that's great. Alweeja got me too, should have listened to Hooves he had it in his selections. Had the 6 and the 1 but no 9.
