if you combine high finances last two races they totalled 15f,
this race is 12f, i don't see him anywhere near the board. |

this race is unlike any other dirt race, and speed has little to do with any part of it. the faster you go , the faster they will catch you after 10f. the key to this is a consistent 12 second per furlong effort. jazil, Bobandjohn, steppenwolfer, theses are the ones you need to watch. the ones who almost caught the speed in the 9f and 10f races, because with the extra 2f, they will finally get up and catch them.
even smarty jones, who ran an arrogant belmont as any, sure he was quick, but he thought that would do, it doesn't work here. birdstone with a 2 in the far right of his Dprofile caught him, the horses with "rightness" are those to follow. |
