I trust you completely ... but ...

... those are data which anyone could look up and post.

Pedigree Ann spends her whole life doing stuff like that ... and she thinks she's a genii.

Yeah ... it's definitely a weak source ... kind of a shameful one, really ... but it is a public record which anyone on the planet can verify.

this concept of claiming horses on here is odd to say the least.

I WAS BEING SARCASTIC DUDE! It is very silly to "claim" a horse unless you own it!

I am a big Gorella fan and have been since last year. Sorry that I don't follow as closely as you guys do as to who is racing and where. I get busy in life. I am not as obsessed with her as Kev is with EC, but I do love this filly. Only horse I am obsessed with as much as Kev is with EC is Buck. I have pics of him everywhere at the office, home, email them to all my friends, even post pics on this board. I even have a pic saved as my desktop on my computer. I am thinking about making my lic. plate to say "Bck Nkd"

But if you claim a horse ... you DO own it ...

... that's one of the basic rules of horse racing.

If anyone publicly made such a statement before then ... please present your evidence ... and if it's valid ... I will yield my proprietorship.

I'm not sure how well he'll run in the Jim Dandy ... I don't like "spaced" races and "fresh" horses ... but I do have faith in Tom Albertrani ... who is another bold Brooklynite.

So ... hands off Bernardini ... he's mine unless you can prove otherwise.
Thats funny because Steve Haskin and I were arguing about the same thing Derby week when Bernardini waltzed in the Withers....we both knew he would win the Preakness or be a game second to Barbaro if Barbaro fired his best shot.....I have thought this colt was the goods since his maiden win and the Withers only reaffirmed it because I KNEW with his pedigree and stride that he would be better aroud two turns....I put my money where my mouth was and was rewarded with a $14,000+ payday in the Preakness after hitting all exotics across the board....Congrats on your early find, Brooklyn - but I must break it to you that you weren't the only one on board at a VERY early stage....I LOVE this horse...perhaps more than any other horse I have ever seen or followed....

Funny how everyone loves a winner, eh? I mean come on how much does claiming him to be a good horse pay? That's what I thought.

And here I thought I was a genius just for thinking he was a lock to win. Wish I would have put more money where my mouth was.

Congrats on the score.

Buzz Aldrin was on the moon at a "VERY early stage" ... but the only one still remembered is Neil Armstrong.

Sorry, "Buzz" ... but I beat you down the ladder.

100 years from now ... when they cast that big bronze statue ... it'll look like me ... not you.

Maybe some of you should be pin hookers or blood stock agents. I mean why not cash in on your new found talents.

I can only spot them after they've raced ...

... I have an amazing ability to sort the wheat from the chaff ...

... but by then it's too late.

Bold you're nothing but an immature little whiney baby
who does a disservice to the actual "Bold" people of Brooklyn
The Arabs have the horse, you didn't
and now you can't get a decent price betting on him
and I bet your swedish fish sucked too!

I go on public record with my predictions ... very early on in a horse's career. Do you ever do that?

And don't worry about me and my money ... I retired when I was 59. Will you be able to do that?
