![]() November 19, 2008 (Wednesday) At Kyoto Racecourse RAHY'S ATTORNEY (CAN, g4, bay) - jogged, cantered 1 lap, on turf course from 7:00 to 7:15 (ridden by T. Gaskin) "He's in good condition and I'm happy with that. I checked the turf this morning and found it a bit firm, but I don't think it's too firm for him and I'm sure he can handle it. The jockey, Slade Callaghan, will be riding him tomorrow morning. He'll probably do some strong work down the stretch on the turf track." (Comments taken from I. Black) |

Tonite's pp's, hopefully I will stay awake.. Haven't really looked them over but of course Super Hornet looks like the one to beat. Interested in Blumenblatt here, Take on Phoenix, I like Silent Pride too, and maybe it is Company's time for a G1, meiner Rainer/Fine Grain interesting too......obviously I'm still all over the place will have to see them milling around... ![]() Kiss to Heaven a sentimental favorite of mine too and Jolly Dance... I think Rahy's in deep here but good that he went...sad though in his pp's Shakis is there... ![]() Hey is there any info on Captain Thule, has he come back? |

I was caught off guard with the Jockey change on Silent Pride, peculiar? I've never bet a race with Goto riding and statistically the move seems to be a lateral one. I do have more of a comfort zone in Yokoyama's rides. I guess the main thing is I think the the horse will be there in the end regardless of either rider. |
