221 has a overhang so if it rains you are covered...I was in 224 last year and I felt constricted

121 is right on the 1/8 pole or 1/16 pole, that would be pretty cool if you ask me

I like the lower levels because you are pretty close to the track, the drawback is that it gets progressively difficult to make ongoing wagers as the Derby draws near. I did the upper level once, 2nd floor, and thought it trumped the 125-ish area for overall Derby experience. I'd certainly buy those tickets if given the option.
