What a race. Good start to the championships!!
Nice pick but was all the best. Man of Iron had a dream trip. You can argue that homeister made a premature move and shifted outwards causing her to run more distance than she needed to. To her credit, she did outsmart dettori in that race but Man of Iron took advantage of the inside and stole it.

Glad that you still won some money!!

She wasn't happy in the post-race interview. Jeannie Edwards said she did what she wanted, but just got beat, and even muttered "a few explicatives".

Murtagh did right staying on the rail. If he comes out with Man Of Iron, it's Cloudy's Knight all the way.

Don't think I'm gonna play much more today, if at all. Had to travel the past 3 days (when I shoulda been preparing for BC), but all is good. Looking forward to tommorrow.

Good luck to you the rest of the day!

Great effort by the (6) in the fourth...

9-1 was a steal - she was down near 6-1 with 5 MTP.

Tough luck for Biofuel! If not bumped, the race would have been much much closer

Do the payouts seem a little low in that race? I thought knocking out the favorites and getting 8-1 over 7-1 might pay better than $72 for a buck.

I thought the same thing in the Juvy Filly Turf. 9-1 over 6-1 pays $76 with the 3-2 shot out

Nice call on Tapitsfly!!!

Biofuel's rodeo-like stretch drive really stings.

Thanks, I thought she would absolutely love the turf. Caught the 10 cent super with her on top, paid $700+!

The horse looked real good coming down the stretch and was almost certain that she would win it.

Zilva had a dream run until the stretch. Then she had absolutely nowhere to run when it was time to go.
