Chupster,
You could be entirely correct.
I'm plenty sick of this story, as if you couldn't tell already.
There are others in the media that have already criticized the amount of attention being given to it, and questioning the motive for such.

the damning piece of evidence I see
is his high school yearbook signing:
"Shall be the Conquerer"
the JonBenet ransom leeter was signed:
"SBTC"
so unless it's common pedophile lingo
I don't know many people, or sane ones
using that as their catch-phrase

he really hikes his trouser line up to his nipples
almost like a man in his golden years would do

I agree that the SBTC is an interesting piece of this puzzle....he is a strange duck, what else he may or may not be will soon be determined I suspect!

Pedophile no doubt. Had been searching for teaching jobs all around Southeast Asia. But the violence involved in this thing... There is still a heck of a lot to be considered in this case. This is about as bizarre as it gets.

If he is guilty, my major question is how monsters of this type are created. Wonder about his childhood... and then the genetic component. Many of these pedophiles have no history of family troubles and lead very normal lives. This guy is different though with the violence involved.

Man that poor little kid never got to be a kid. Shoved into beauty contests... and then she turned SIX!!!! Good lord let them play in the dirt or get into big boxes and pretend they have made a house. No manual on parenting but man let kids be kid. And then of course the poor little thing gets offed in that manner. God bless her.

I haven't seen one piece of evidence linking this guy to the crime. They haven't even showed that he was within 1000 miles of the Ramsey house when the crime took place. Maybe they have some huge smoking gun that they haven't released yet, but I highly doubt it. I don't think there is any chance that this guy committed the murder.

They claim he knew some details about the crime. Practically everything that he has said about the crime has been wrong. For example, he claimed he picked the girl up at school. They know that's not true because she wasn't even in school at the time. This guy gives them all this information about the murder, practically all of which is wrong, but they think he did it because he was right about a couple of things. That is ridiculous.

This guy will be released within a month or less. There is no chance that this guy's DNA will match the DNA from the crime scene. He already told them in Thailand that the DNA may not match but not to worry about that because DNA isn't always reliable. That right there tells me that he knows that it's not going to match because he didn't do it.

This guy is one weird dude. He is a real psycho but I don't think there is any chance that he is the killer.

Hmm. I hadn't heard that. I heard he worked for his brother who has a company in the city that Christmas and worked a Christmas party at their house. THa'ts how he met her and cased the place. He said he came back when they were out and hid under her bed. The other thing I found really interesting was the signature in his high school year book with SBTC underneath and that the note at the Ramsey had the same letters (it means, soon to be the conqueror or something). His father and brother have remained silent but hired a publicist. His ex wife (whoa is she short a few candles of a full birthday cake) who I believe was 13 when he married her, can't produce pictures from Christmas. I dunno. I guess we'll see.

I haven't heard the details but they just announced that they completed the DNA tests and as I predicted, the DNA does not match. It was pretty obvious all along that this guy didn't kill her.
