My crazy longshot gets scratched here so I am stuck with the favorite in the tourney in a race I find wide open. Not sure why BC doesn't have alternate picks. The 8 looks like an overlay to me at 10-1.

Nothing worse than picking a 9-2 ML shot who gets bet down to 9-5 and gets an awful ride from a guy who should be riding at Mountaineer and finishes second to a 16-1 shot.

How did Assman's horse get away at 16-1 there. F*** me!

Talk about bad luck, my 9 at Churchill needs the lead, the 11 takes out half the field at the start but none worse than the 9. The winner wires the field and they will probably take the 9 down from second putting a piece of s*** longshot into second which hurts me even more in a contest I was very much in the hunt in.
