They've improved the website (not a customer) but what they've failed in doing is replacing the top on-air talent.

Your complaints are understandable. I, for one, am amazed year in and year out they're wasting airfare for Saratoga when Mr. Byk is on site day in and day out.

Big missed opportunity.

Yankee game today was pretty good even though I kept getting interrupted by my Iphone alarm when it was post time at Saratoga.

It's only a matter of time until they wake up and realize the wonders he would do in a bigger role.

Between nyra.com wnd TVG had a horrible Travers Day. This is not rocket science, people want to watch and bet this. And they keep shifting me to $5000 claimers at MTH/Betfair. Nyra just did a sloppy job in providing bandwidth. Plus Monmouth is going to be a Home Depot, just like every other Betfair track. They should deport the whole bunch of them.

Although Mr. Byk may be trying to cash tickets. It would complicate my life. I really like Steve and pretty much hate TVG. I would be torn apart.

Maybe quit watching or go somewhere to bet. This is getting old. There was nothing wrong with coverage today.

Never anything wrong with TVG when Todd has the day off.

Edit: Spoke too soon

As a Pennsylvania resident, his options are limited.

I just mute the channel until they're in the gate, you should try that Jnunan.

Not to poke the fire, but NYRA live video WAS trash today. They're usually my 'go to' while at work. I'm chalking it up to not being able to handle the amount of traffic today. No biggie.

Ok, maybe I'll go over knicks house. I don't care who does it, we need everyday coverage of races in the US. We need it to interest people in the product. Nyra has been doing that and except for the glitches today, has been doing a super job.TVG is all gambling. Todd's got this, Scott has that, Matt has a Pick 4. Joachim has this and Hoover has some quarterhorses. When not gambling it's coins, hoses and non-stick pans.

They have a great market. Contrary to belief, young folks do like racing.

Give them something to enjoy. Make fans of them.

I guess I don't understand the issue. I live in Pennsylvania. I have a TVG account and watch the live SPA feed and wager. I watch the live feed of any track I want. I also have a PARX Phonebet account just in case TVG goes down for some reason. Then there's always www.rtn.com that you can subscribe to for 25.00/month online.

Shrupp is really my least favorite person on the air and may be the only one I actively can't stand to listen to.

Today, at Keeneland, he was over the top in derisively making fun of Ellis Park and any shipper from there. It was as though his brain was still 5-10 years in the past and he has just not noticed the purses/connection overhaul that has taken place there, especially this year. The fact is, in 2016, you could make the case that the best racing in the summer outside of NYRA and Del Mar is at Ellis Park. Their overnight purses are just slightly less than TVG's sacred Santa Anita. As Steve Byk has highlighted, not only did they draw pretty much the full Kentucky horsemen contingent but also trainers like Casse, Mott etc. 7 of the top 8 trainers this year are guys with yearly Saratoga strings.

Long story short, the horse racing world follows the money and the money has made Ellis Park quite competitive. For Todd Schrupp to ignore this and literally belittle its product shows that he is either totally unprepared, clueless or both.
