OH come on, like everyone on this board wasn't thinking the same thing as Scuds said...

I'm rooting for Bernie and Invasor. I love to play the whole East v. West thing. Any horse that has raced primarly on the East is who I go for, even if theri trainer is based on the west. But I do love the whole Lava Man story but he didn't race at Toga so I won't root for him. Won't be sad either if he wins. It's kind of silly especailly when most of the horse runnig with a few exceptions, lava man included, are bred in KY.
But I think it makes it more fun.

Go East Coast!!!!!!

Nope, I'm definitely on that bus, for several of the reasons dalakhani mentioned.

Will do. Now you do your part by driving those odds down to 4-5.

I'm torn...

Part of me wants him to win because it'd be nice to see another true champ, but the other part of me wants him to lose because of all the hype for a horse who IMO, hasn't beat anyone. I'll take my chances against Bernardini... a full field is going to be tougher on him than most think. I don't think this is going to be an easy romp for him. If I'm wrong, I'll eat crow.

I won't wish any horse to lose a race on Saturday, but if they get beat then "CHEERS" to the winner. Good Luck to all.
