I'd take DeRozan instead of street clothes Kobe

Kobe was pretty horrible during his brief return. Small sample size and yeah he is coming off of a major injury but he looked bad and then got hurt again and is going to miss his expected return date possibly by a month. |

I'd take Wesley Matthews over both. Klay Thompson and Lance Stevenson too. Maybe Bradley Beal. Of course Ginobelli is better than the post injury Kobe as well.

Not tonight you wouldn't lol. The Grizzlies are giving the Blazers a beat down.

No they are not. Last year there was a perfect storm of things w/ Westbrook being hurt and Golden St just getting good. Now this year you also add very good Houston and Portland. San Antonio has no prayer of coming out of the West.

I guess I would take Thompson right now. No one else from your list. Your funny Chuck, Im a Kobe hater but pre injury he was 27 a game. About a month back when I said Wade is right with Kobe as far as an all timer you jumped on me. Even though Wade is around 26 a game for his career. |

Lets see they have Tim Duncan and Tony Parker and Manu Ginobelli and Leonard and the best coach in the game...AND they are 33-12 despite resting key players and injury issues... Yeah they have no chance... |

You do realize that there is more to the game than just points right? Kobe is the 2nd best SG though you could easily make the case that Jerry West could be 2nd. Wade is 4th especially if he is going to be a 75% player from now on. Those guys are all better players than Kobe right now until proven differently. |

I am hardly the worlds biggest Carmelo Anthony fan and am well aware of his positives, negatives, strengths and limitations. I'm not 100% convinced that they would be better off starting over from scratch. But this ridiculous notion that he isnt one of the ten best players in the world or "cant win" is misguided at best and asinine at worst. Carmelo Anthony defending the post is like Bill Russell compared to Harden defending pretty much anything. |

Any kid who is considering a stint with Calipari/UK ought to think long and hard about the repercussions of that decision.

The biggest nightmare for Calipari would be the NBA getting rid of the one and done rule and beefing up the D league as a real minor league. |

Carmelo Anthony is averaging 27 points and 9 rebounds and 3 assists a game. On 45% shooting, 42% on 3's. Yeah Gordon Hayward is better... |

Melo will be 30 this year. He is a no defense gunner who no one really even wants anymore and rumor is La La is making the decisions in his family anyway.
Gordon is 23 and makes much less, so like I said all things considered, and Hayward was not on the 100% better list. |

According to PG1985 and Skip Bayless logic:
havent won anything in the NBA Durant Westbrook Paul Howard Griffin Hardon Aldridge Love George Davis Cousins Irving Lillard Wall Lee Parsons Hayward or in other words your entire list outside of LeBron has never won anything in the NBA |

It was a great win for the Rockets, who were in dire need of a good effort after a terrible home and home with Memphis. To win without Harden, especially the way he had played thus far this year against SA, is even better. |

Gordon Hayward is averaging 11.5 points a game for his career. He is averaging 17 a game this year with a shooting % considerably worse than Anthony. You should slap yourself in the face for this comparison. |
