I seem to remember someone posting an article or a detailed explanation about it at one point... let me see what I can find. I'm almost positive that it was Lansdon Robbins that posted about it. Do any older members remember this as well?

It was Rupert, Cajun. He was arguing with oracle about it. Oracle said he would ask a trainer about it and settle it once and for all. But he never did, or at least never reported back, despite several probably annoying reminders from me.
