Default You can make a case for at least half the field....

you have to assume that the other half will toast themselves on the poly...

I thought the same too but looking at the replay, it really wasn't his fault, the hole just didn't open and when the running started, the other horses dragged Salute with him. Good run by him. I like a horse like him, he'll split horses, tough son of a gun. I hope Kent stays with him, but I doubt it.

Me too, but I think your picks are better than mine in this last one and you've got more of them. Good luck.

for Redboarding. Couldn't close the deal with the 7 or 10 given the slow fractions that the 8 had. Oh well, couldn't close the deal but the DD gets some money back....

Hope some of you had it...

race 6, using 5 and 8
the 8 should be tough but figure if the five can work in 1:11 and change he can win most six furlong races at DM.

race 7, single 10 and hoping for the best.
10 looks like a new horse with mandella as last race towers over the field.
scared of the 1 but angles working against are post and no poly races and company on the front end means she will likely get weak late again. the 10 from the outside can stalk and pounce.
lonshot super crasher - 9

race 8, single 8

race 9, going wide 1 4 6 7 8 11
a lot can change start to start for 2 yo's, can't go with favorites only

race 10, 7 8 10
in the pick4 i'm also throwing in the 3.

so before scratches we have 4x2x1x1x6x3x$2 = $288

good luck to everyone

5 of 6, very nice try, thanks for sharing -- 385.20

(Would love to include the 1 and 7, but would regret it later, as there's probably no way we're still alive). Yes, pessmistic, but this is DelMar we're talking about.

Good luck! Let's have some DT'ers hit this thing.
Good riddance to DelMar. Even getting close with Gallardo in the 1st and Chancellor in the last, 4 of 6 seems like underachieving.
How do they let the 8 go a 50 and change 1/2 mile in the last race???
Oh well..on to bigger and better things this fall.

Lucky enough to go 5 of 6 today and maybe that bodes well for the future, but I doubt it. Delmar usually kicks my butt and it doesn't seem to matter whether its dirt or poly.

thanks Ronnie, had a thrill there for awhile breaking out of the gate with that big price. since i covered a lot with pk3's and pk4's i made a little money on the day and had a good look at the sixer. i guess thats all i could ask for.

scav where were you? I was up at trackside upstairs. there was a guy up there live to the 3 for the six and he got buried on a slow pace and ended up second.

i am sad to see delmar go as i went on a binge there this last week.
