Well at least you got the "bad opinion" part right. First of all the 1 horse is not trained by Michael Matz....it's Allen Jerkens. But hey....details details right? Who cares who trains the horse. It's funny how you have the great AP Arrow possibly running them down, but then call Brass Hat (a horse who has accomplished much more and lost to him by 3/4 of a length) a bad horse. BH has accomplished more than anyone in this field and has a HUGE shot on Saturday. So according to your moronic analysis Fairbanks and Kiss the Kid have a better shot than BH? I wish I could take your action on that bet. Hopefully you are kidding....if not it might be the single dumbest thing I have ever seen on here....and that is saying a lot.

Don't quit your day job.

Oh, loosen up. I, along with most others definitely appreciate your input.

I don't have an opinion here other than to say I don't think it's particularly fair to call Brass Hat a "rat."

All kidding aside, I think "no shot" is ridiculous. If Daaher gets an uncontested lead (which I dont see) he will be tough. But after that Brass Hat is right there. Why does he have no shot? Just curious.

Now that is funny.

But seeing how he will be coming from the back, I dont see him being in that position. For someone with such a bad opinion you are funny.

If hooves has such a bad opinion then why did he cash a $50,000+ Pick 6?

Yes you should. Your reasoning is beyond stupid. Oldest horse? Thats a good one. Speed inside and out? He's a closer....who cares. The figs thing is meaningless. Jock? Martinez has ridden him his whole career. You are putting way too much emphassis on the jockey here. It's not like he hasnt won on him.

Yes..please keep going....is rather hysterical. Who do you like here?

His opinion/reasoning in this instance is horrible.

As far as cashing a pick 6? Surely you are not implying that if someone at some point hits a pick 6 then they always have a good opinion.

I know some very bad cappers who have gotten lucky and hit the pick 6.

His reasoning is frightening. I think Britney Spears stole his login and is posting under his name. Scary stuff.

I agree with you on Daaher not being able to handle the pressure. It's a logical assumption. What I'm missing is how most on here have completely disregarded Fairbanks' chances on the assumption that John R. will force him to the lead. I'm assuming he'll keep him directly behind Daaher and let him chase the cheap speed.

Outside of Fairbanks' last two races, his previous three races will beat anyone in this field...unless A.P. Arrow repeats or improves off the Clark performance.

I think Fairbanks has to be sent. His best races have all been gate to wire. The race he won at GP last year he was in some traffic and was forced back. Ever since then he has been gunned to the lead. I am not sure Johnny V can take him back without choking him into submission. His race at Suffolk he was up on a slow apce...and still was handled easily by BH.

His figures in his previous 3 are good....but they arent great races....his Tokyo City race figure seems out of whack as they crawled early.

I think he is a complete toss based on he isnt gonna outrun Daaher...and I cant see him rating with any success. Plus his race in The Clark was brutal.

I've learned a lot from this thread whether it's been Hooves, Andy or anyone else. I'm glad to be associated with folks that have so much knowledge of the game. I can honestly tell you that out of everyone on here, Hooves, Andy and Steve have helped me the most. In the end we all have to make our own decisions. I'm not sure if you were looking much at Hooves' Keeneland picks last spring, but the guy was hotter than a pistol. He was handing out 10-1 and higher bombs almost on a daily basis.
