I give the Lakers credit for winning all these series when they've been outplayed everytime and should have lost. It has nothing to do with the team, it is blatantly obvious that the team is a disaster, but the players are willing to coexist for a championship.

Do you guys not have cable up where you live? Hedo and Dirk are about the same size and play a similar outside in game. Dirk is better but hedo plays a similar style. Dirk may not bring the ball up the floor much but they run the offense through him in a similar way and he handles it a lot in the halfcourt.

Why is that such a bad comparison?

They are white Europeans, that is about the extent of the comparison.

They seem to be coming together pretty well. Outplayed? I don't think thats objective. If they "should" have lost, they would have lost. This is a 7 game series not some one and done title game.

In a seven game series, the team that "should" win does.

Both, despite being 6-10, 6-11, play the game outside in instead of inside out?

Did they not switch to digital yet where you live? I feel like you are watching on a 23 inch screen with the audio on and I'm watching on a 67 inch screen on mute.

So does Steve Nash, I hope you aren't going to compare him to Dirk and Hedo next.

I gave you a couple of ways that they are similar. This is not becoming of you.

I understand you are frustrated and mad as a laker hater but at least make some sense.

Wow. Nowitzki and Turkoglu are similar now? Sniper is right. That might be the worst comparison in history. Turkoglu has no post game. Dirk has no ability to create offense off the dribble. Dirk is a good rebounder. Turkoglu is an opportunistic one. The offense can run through Dirk. Hedo can run the offense.

If you want a better comparison, I've got one for you. Turkoglu and Toni Kukoc. If you want to say he's a poor man's anything, maybe Tracy McGrady is a good one.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

If anyone hasn't applied for their two $40 analog to digital conversion boxes that were guaranteed to use under the socialist Bush administration then you are making a big mistake. Next time your cable of satellite runs out you will be wishing you took part in this government handout. They cost about $40 so you are essentially getting it for free, you can even get it on Amazon,

END SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

You'll get my check but can you really feel much satisfaction picking the heavy favorite that probably should have lost every series?

Oh, the hyperbole. LOL. It was as if i was comparing mark eaton to akeem.

Dirk can shoot off the dribble and create from the perimeter. Hedo can take it to the hole but he is more often finishing midrange than at the basket. either way the similarity is that they are both the same size, same position and can do many of the same things.

He isnt nearly as athletic as mcgrady is/was. Mcgrady is a swing, Turk is a 4. Come one kg, you are slippin...at least turk and dirk play the same position.

Turk is a 4? Maybe in fantasyland. Rashard Lewis is a nice 4, Turkoglu is not.

yes, a team can "luck" into three consecutive 7 game series victories. LOL

You are whining now. Its no great handicapping feat picking the lakers. But it has proven to be extemely foolish to pick against them. No?
