So she can afford to get him treatment, but its someone elses fault? I thought the gop was all about taking responsibility?

If anything, Rubio eroded Cruz's base. Trump never expected to win there, and the ONLY relevant aspect of IA is that now the MSM has their latest establishment lackey to put over. Cruz is toast.
