Guys it's Saratoga. This should be no surprise. I'm as frustrated as anyone but this is what makes this meet the best. You have to look deep.

Agreed. Yes it's frustrating, but not surprising.
The NY Bred races can be especially tough.

Let me put it this way.
If a trainer was 1/2 50% on a cutback from 2 turns to 1 turn, is that a statistic you would base a wager on?
If the same trainer was 20/40 50% on a cutback from 2 turns to 1 turn, is that a statistic you would base a wager on?

You know what? All the trainers running in the Curlin are focking pussies for spotting here instead of tomorrow for 5x more, or on Sunday at Mth for 10x more. And Brown is a double ***** since hes got two in here. Whats frustrating is the racing office is essentially enabling this behavior by writing this race.

I got to looking at the 8th race at the last minute and figured out the favorite was a plug and the 1 was a pressing stayer and threw in the 7 for the close.

They're of the belief that their animals are so mentally fragile that a bad race would ruin their confidence.

Chad Brown is running a high risk/high reward system with other people's money. Sure he's having success in the short term but can he maintain it when the horses run 3-6 races a year and the golden pace setups start stalling.

I really like this play, even if it didnt win this time, if your objective was you didnt like the Browns. Because if the 2 or 3 did get home, youre getting stacks.

It was a good play. The 2 ran lights out and just adds to my long list of complaints about Chad Brown.

Those two horses shouldn't have been in that race.

Thanks... I am the biggest whiner on the board.... Not nearly as fun as winning but it gets me through the dry spells. If I am not winning I am whining is my motto!
