nope...they only faced each other 1 time...in the Canadian at Gulf a couple years ago. EC was the winner of that race...off a 4.5 month layoff

They ran in 2 seperate races at the 06 BC. EC in the turf and MA was in the Mile.

MA raced in 2 grade 1 races in his career....

EC raced in 15 grade 1 races in his career...

3rd.....while 3 and 4 wide up close on a crazy fast first 6 panels of a 1 1/2 race. Besides his win last year, I think his 06 BC Turf was one of his better races. THe race set up perfect for Red Rocks and BTN. They were last and second to last for the majority of the race and had a perfect pace to run into. They fact EC ran a very game 3rd shows the heart the little fellow had.

I agree... glad I used English Channel and tossed Cacique, although Red Rocks didn't do me any favors by winning. LOL
