Truly laughable. You don't have a thing to say until after the race, then you throw a shot at all of the people that did have a pre-race opinion. When challenged, you turn martyr. Then you put the cherry on top by attacking someone who makes a living at this game, is employed by the biggest circuit in US racing to give his opinions every day and somehow doesn't have your horse racing respect.

Good stuff.

Who is this person you speak of? I'm just saying as long as the damn horse is in the starting gate he has a chance. If you ran this derby 100 more times MTB wouldn't win another. I'm just saying when you have the chance to Run For the Roses do it. The owner will never have a shot at another derby so why not take it?

Yea, I guess that is just a coincidence....
Yeah and Shug and Mandella and Frankel and Jerkens and the other hall of fame trainers that haven't won the Derby were all stymied by the drug regulations.

The "supertesting" used for the Derby is used for a lot of those other Derby preps that Pletcher won so I guess he figured out how to beat the system then.

Drugs are the single least understood issue in the game and your posts generally show proof why. Whether or not Todd Pletcher uses illegal drugs in his horses, the "evidence" of his never winning the Derby is so lame that only a moron would attempt to connect the two. He ran a lot of horses in the Derby before the rules were changed and didn't win any then either.

Actually the game is hardly ravaged by drugs. It is filled with morons that believe this to be true and this includes a lot of owners, trainers, executives, and fans. These same dopes said that cleaning up the steroid issue was going to lead to all these positive changes yet nothing has changed at all, most tellingly misguided opinions like yours.
