I'm already excited about this team, the Holmes addition was just icing on the cake. I also don't understand how him being in the last year of his deal is a negative. There may be a lockout in '11, and to me it's better to have risky players who are playing for new contracts than ones who have a ton of guaranteed money already.
They are built to win now and he's a definite upgrade. Even if they lose him after the season, all it cost was a 5th rounder. It seems like a no brainer, even with the looming 4 game suspension.

Holmes played at Ohio State, that team where I used to live. Unless there is an intervention, etc he is nothing but a train wreck. Great player but off the field stupid is as stupid does - definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior over and over expecting different results.

Hummmmmmmmmmmmmm

Keep him outa jail / rehab / bars etc etc and you gotta chance to see him play and good luck with that. He was in trouble a lot even in college and that pattern of behavior HAS not changed.

You must feel great knowing you only gave up a 5th round pick, sure shows a ton of confidence in him

You will be happy with Holmes. He plays hard and blocks well enough to really help the running game. He doesn't pout like Edwards and catches the ball when they throw it to him. They will end up keeping him over Edwards at the end of the year. If Sanchez improves at all and the Jets stay healthy they will be very tough.

I'm sure there must be a clip somewhere of the same thing, but involving Andy Serling instead.

He's already been accused of sexual assault. Real smooth move letting 8 whores in your limo.

These athletes, for the most part, are f.ucking idiots.
