Damn it, that was a missed opportunity. I was between the 2,4,5 there and I choose the 2 and the 5. Can't do anything right this weekend.

I know the angle is not that great, but that the 5 came in quite a bit on the 4 on the turn and the 4 lost a ton of ground is obvious here.

I guess the Del Mar stewards are just as blind as Saratoga's, it was so obvious that the 5 came in on the 4 forcing the 4 to check while the 5 got first run on the horse costing the 4 several lengths. Incredible.

That was some riding in the Dmr 2nd, I should have known not to trust Couton who really should be riding dressage. I have to kick myself for inadvertently leaving the 9 off the ticket.

Nice premature move by Bejarano there.
