It's a good thing that it's water you're spitting this time, Bill...

The best way to do it is probably just to pick winners the old fashion way. The way you are capping things it limits upside anyway and only 8-1s need to be found....might as well make it a straight WIN fest.

Just pick the whole card with top 3 in case of scratches. What's wrong with that?
Do you know a single good handicapper that plays a WHOLE card and wins? I'll answer for you so you don't sound stupid...answer is No...if you pick a couple of horses that you like per race card, it shows true handicapping ability, not picking three horses in every race.....

Joel, I see that you were feeling a little fiesty yesterday when you started this thread.

I wonder why I find this entire thread hilarious? LOL

Oh yes, and I'll take Joel over probably almost anyone at CD, and not because I want to get into his pants, but because he knows his stuff. And yes, I would put money up for it except that I would rather actually PLAY IT ON THE PONIES.

Actually, I believe the best handicappers come out when they have to pick every race and mot cherry pick...remember, WE ARE NOT BETTING REAL MONEY HERE so what does it matter...you don't have to wager on every race

Sorry JC, even at CD you'll never come up with enough "steam" to beat a good handicapper.

And yes, this contest will never come off but it does make for some interesting reading.

LOL! You won't need to try... I'm capable of doing it on my own.

All kidding aside, it'll be fun in March. Be ready to buy me a few. HAHA!

I just don't like being bound by rules....I am a horseplayer and a prognosticator/analysts and my strategy is to make money in real life and not through gettying around sets of handicapping rules...

Believe me, I wish we were at CD in person this weekend and were able to start with an even amount on a voucher and our OWN bankroll - no fake money so that you would have to worry about losing your actual cash out of your pocket if you had to load up late to ty and beat me....

The bottomline is that I could make more money than you at the Church and pick more winners - no boundaries other than a starting bankroll would be the fair thing...

I'm an analyst and real horse player more than tourney-style player (think I've only played 2 tourneys in my life and they were with groups and not in my name because I wasn't allowed to play tourneys when I worked at FG and CDI).......The bootmline is that I'l predict more outcomes at CD than yo would on a day's card and make more money, while you're probably better suited for tourney rules because you know how to strategize around them and maximize yourself....

I don't worry about rules in real life other than trying to make money.

...and believe me, I would match my knowledge of the horseflesh on the grounds in Louisville with anyone on this board....

the whole point of this was to get joel to look in the mirror...he constantly touts of his inside connections and calls some of the best cappers on the planet weasles. not me im far from the skill level of byk ,btw.and such ..you just come off as a know it all..then when your wrong you wont admit it..this contest was just a example of your bs..you see how my prize was just to get you to shut up with the redboarding crap ..lets revisit this thread..your a joke.. and moreover..the contest i put out was completely fair yet you bawk at the rules...any one on here can attest to the fact that i can capp a bit...but im really just tired of your constant name dropping and "inside" info you have the scoop on crap..the ones ive mentioned have volumes more info than you will ever know...some times i just wonder how you walk through a doorway your friggin head is so big...im done here have a nice day..

Yeah, goes to show how well you "know" me. I love Nascar, but that doesn't make me a Dale Earnhardt hillbilly fan. You'll figure that out at GP in March. Until then... assume away...

Now how in the hell would the competition know if you stacked your voucher between races?
