Great job by Wiphan on hitting the gruesome Churchill carryover. Big ups to Dell as well. Honestly, with my actual bankroll, I probably would have left Odintz' charge off of the real deal. This 2500$ limit contest actually taught me a thing or two about ticket structuring. I appreciate the oppurtunity to learn, as this board is a never ending source of useful information.

Thank you for all the congrats on my first ever "mock 6". I also want to apologize if my post about VM offended anyone. In hindsight, it was the wrong thing to do, whichevr way u slice it. I need to learn how to think before taking such action. Once again, I'm wholeheartedly sorry for my improper post.

Good Luck to those alive in the Wood 6, both actual and contestual (is this even a word?) tickets. Let's take this thing down - D H

The profit question is superfluous because the contest said you had to put in $2400.
Should actually be credited for hitting it twice as one of my pics in the 6th was scratched and I inherited the favorite. And 10 5/6's. Chuck you can have my pie or at least 9 of the slices. LOL

Of course I was in the office all day and didn't get to play. Also I would never throw that much money at a pic 6 unless I had heard, "Mr. Dellinger you have less than a year to live." Thanks for putting it together. The analysis side was paricularly good and should be a must read for everyone.....

Steve/Andy,

Thanks for organizing contest. Lots of fun and good learning experience.

Not 100% sure how this leaves me feeling about the pick6... Definitely see the benefit of deeper tickets and covers. Unfortunatley that probably limits me to playing pooled tickets with a group. Although I might pony up for right Carryover and sequence.

Biggest + for me is grading system, which I will be focusing a lot more on. Also think the "C" cover strategy will be something I try in pk4's as well.

Congrats to winners and Good Luck to those playing Hollywood.

Thanks again,

Pat

Screwed up the system and now I am alive to the 1,4 twice and the 9 once.
