I never even knew he went to WVA. Shows how little of football I watch anymore.

Secondly, look at that picture. Moss is standing stationary, effeminately waving at a ball that he stopped on with his eyes closed. What a gladiator. For a contrast, look at the contortion Davis had to do to pick the ball off. It's too fun arguing with you, because I think deep down in your heart, you know Moss is a quitter on the decline who will never win anything. |

But, in my opinion, there is a slight difference between calling someone a name like that, and coming on here (as you have) and saying basically, who cares that he died because "the world is safer" with him dead, and that a couple of people failing to hit a pick-4 is a bigger tragedy than the death of a human being. |

I would if he was a starter on my Fantasy Coal Miner league.

who the hell said he was a hero or glorified him? showing empathy does not equate to either of those things.

You did say that "the world is safer" now that he is dead, and you also did compare his death to a couple of people not hitting a pick-4. You didn't imply, or hint at, or "basically say" those things....you just flat out said them. If that's how you feel, fine. You are entitled to your opinion. But you should at least be honest and admit that nowhere in this thread have I "basically said," or implied, or hinted at the fact that he should be considered a hero. I suppose you can continue to carry on the discussion as if we are saying he was a great guy who should be honored and glorified....but none of us are saying that. |

1. Since he was beating on his fiancees window of her truck whilst it was traveling down the road showing gross reckless endangerment, wouldn't you say she is safer today. He breaks that window and we now have 2 dead. 2. Again for the upteenth time the P4 comment was an attempt to lighten the mood and not a very good one at that. I have estabished that so if thats how you wish to continue by all means focus on a moot point. 3. You basically used the term "basically said" and then interjected your interpretation that "I didn't care" I just did the same thing and interjected my interpretation of your postings. And please don't insult our intelligence that you actually "care". Have you sent a mass card, flowers, tried to reach out in any way. Did you lose sleep last night, offered a prayer. So don't act holier than though. Posting RIP on a message board is hardly caring. My whole point is I find it absolutely absurd that people simply dismiss someones past or how he went out (wanton reckless endangerment). As far as my caring, I care and am disturbed of the thug mentality that exists in some sports today. I care that we give chance after chance to those that have shown they don't deserve it. I care that his girlfriend may get charged for homocide and her offense was fleeing for her saftey. I care that their kids may have witnessed violence between their parents because it WILL stay with them forever. |

He's in his 12th season - of course he's somewhat on the decline. You're talking about the only football player in history who was good enough to be an NFL starter at age 15. As for him being "a quitter who will never win" I don't know if you're trolling or if you really do have your head that far up your ass. |
