Being war contractors has always earned big bucks and transferred tons of wealth. The Republicans know that, they love it, and have during the entire Bush W administration. We're Americans, we're proud. The rest of us don't like to look at ourselves in a realistic manner and see the flaws in our leaders. Let alone prosecute them.

How can you leave Obama out of this one? Aren't there still troops in Iraq coming home in body bags? Or are you still saying this is Bush's fault. Obama has the chance to bring the troops home, but he has no back bone to bring them home. Why would he care about the troops, he has never served a day in the military.

I do not agree with many of his fiscal policies, but I feel the most important role for a president is to be the leader of the armed forces, and Obama gets props from me for the decisions he's made. From keeping Gitmo open, to helping to stop apparent genocide in Libya, to making the right call on how to kill Osama (I'm very happy the order was to shoot on site and not have to go through years of Osama military trials and giving Osama a platform to send his messages). He's been an effective military leader, and I'm not ashamed to give credit where credit is due... shoot, I also think Clinton has done an admirable job as Secretary of State.

You should be ashamed at yourself for writing that. Do you know how many families have had to deal with the loss of a loved one? disgusting, dude.

Joeydb and Nascar1947639786254...the politically aware members of a horse racing message board. I really hope the right people are tuning into the Politics/Society section of the forum and they implement all your well thought out solutions...and as for Nascar's "I hope some one you know that is serving in the military comes home in a body bag" comment it's absolutely vile...so yeah STFU.

I posted two things that refute Dell's numbers - you and Dell have just ignored it.

BTW, right now the President is speaking on the middle east - are you bothering to listen to what he's saying? You think that only people that served in the military can care about our troops? How ridiculous. You're an un-American, un-patriotic idiot. Besides, the conversation was about the defense contractors that were made rich under the Bush administration. You can't even follow a subject line. You post your off-the-wall nonsense that has nothing to do with what's being talked about. STFU, Nascar.
