regardless, we have the derby winner every year!
the breeding in FLA is a far distant second, if even second
and the racing is putrid, plain stinks
I know powerful ppl in FLA, horse ppl, who look to purchase land
so don't tell me I don't know FLA real estate
I'm looking at a book right now that states that Gainesville-Ocala has the cheapest housing in the state
it was written 3 years ago, however, and I know the market changes
and housing isn't the same as acreage
but...low rent housing = low-life characters (Joel C. not included)

Cajun dont sweat it, everyone is just jealous that they dont live the good life in Florida like we do. I think it was 80 here today. AHhhhhhhhhh

THREE YEARS OLD? Get a new book. I already told you that houses have gone up in the last couple of months about 20%. I know you are talking about land. Look on the West Coast and farther north in FL. Much cheaper.

Seriously, I am not really even mad at you. It is the perception that you have about all of the FL people being trashy and low lifes that keep people like you out of my great state! So trash talk all ya want, just stay the F out!

Florida is a nice state to live in for many people... it's all about what you want out of life and what industry you work in. I'd take Florida over at least 40 other states. Do I like Kentucky? Sure I do, but you've got your good and bad there too.
