It was looking bleak...only 1 strikeout through 6 innings, but we were able to manage 7 the last 3 innings to get some respectability back!

I don't understand our hitters.

… Indians RHP Carlos Carrasco(notes) will have Tommy John surgery on Sept. 14 and likely miss all of 2012.

the official confirmation...as I said, those pitchers do get injured, thankfullly we've got a full stable of 1st rounders available to take over next year! you know, that's why we've been stock piling them in case 1 or 2 get serious arm problems.
