This alone shows a complete lack of understanding of US policy toward the region. It was not until the mid 60's that the US policy changed significantly. 1967 to be exact. Our aid to Israel both militarily and economically increased dramatically. These were the formative years of the neo con movement. Nixon years. Between 1967 and 1990, we had all of four years with a democrat in office.

I garnered that you are a typical arrogant liberal who comes with nothing of substance except attacks on other posters who may not agree with your politics or 'values'.
