Question to anyone who would know: Why did Belmont switch to putting the MTO's in regular draws now as opposed to always on the outside?

Havana returns....
Sunday at Belmont, Race 3.
Nice looking field. I thought The Admiral ran very well last time. Happy to see Baffert leave him in NY and leave him sprinting. Havana could end up being a top class 6-8f horse. Im sure he could even win some nice 9f races. Cant really bet against Havana though since he is coupled w/ The Admiral. The very fast Pure Sensation is also in this race. Cool race.......... |

The 8th on Sunday is a pretty cool race as well. 10f ungraded Stakes on the main track. 6 of the 7 entered are Stakes winners. Good stuff in NY.
