Language Learning via Horse Racing?

Are there any shows/podcasts/resources for horse racing in other languages that someone could use to learn that language? I've seen it suggested that people are more likely to stick with listening practice in the context of something in which they're already interested, eg horse racing. I was thinking French, Spanish, and Japanese would be particularly likely. Maybe German and Arabic.

I know it's asking a lot for there to be podcasts like Steve's all over the world, but surely someone is trying to do something in a language other than English.
