GP Tropical Park Derby: Sky Flight 91 (Sky Mesa) M. Casse/J. Lezcano I thought the beyers between the 2 races would not be this close being the colts ran 1 1/2 seconds faster. You sure would not have thought the turf changed that much in an hour. Just Curious any thoughts why??

Given the extreme difference in the paces, I am guessing dramatically different runups were involved, if Beyer made an error, it was in making the fig for the boys faster.
