ugh life with Rendell
Why can't we cut spending as opposed to raising taxes? Why haven't we seen an increase in revenues from the slots? How can the budget be short by $1.5 to $2 Billion....? Who's going to pay...middle class. Basically he promised property tax reform if slots were improved...and he'll succeed at all costs.

great article.....typical politics....Pa lawmakers are the 4 th highest paid in the country....yet PA ranks about 25 th for population and income..... just about dead last in job growth.... sure keep giving yourself raises every year..and take it out of the hands of PA residents...rendell has no time to explain and debate raising taxes....but he shows up on TV for 3 hours after every EAGLE game to pontificate his worthless football opinion.
