I'll have to watch again. It was a bit surprising he didn't run better.

Kiaran's horse, the 6, also got an abyssmal trip/ride in that race, though he may just not be much horse.

Andy, watch that again please and tell me what you think. I just watched it again, it wasn't as bad as my memory indicated, he was squeezed at the start, and checked a bit mid stretch.. never really given a chance to run, not an agressive ride at all. I will still consider him a bet back next out.
Unfortunately, many of the horses I played yesterday had similar(worse) problems, I must have confused this one with someone else.

Thanks for the motivation. That was an interesing race.

I'll be interested in Tagg's horse next time out.

rank early, wide both turns, turn move, struggled to change in the lane, greenly stretch

My pleasure, as Steve has said, this is a very under-utilized portion of the board. Hangingbyathread had what I will term a "subtle" bad trip, a horse from Saturday who had an awful trip was Equal Opportunity from the 4th at Tampa. This was a case of Lezcano trying to be "cute" with a 4-5 favorite, saving ground and getting stuck instead of swinging wide and sweeping the field. Any value on this one in his next start will be determined by where they put him.

Don't even get me started on the winner of that race... Jamian. Liked that horse in his last start and failed to bet him on Saturday.

Another one from Tampa... All I Can Get. Raced in the 6th... very spooked (not making excuses for the horse, but it was kinda windy.) He went off as the fave due to his 2nd in the Sam Davis.

Cajun, that's why I didn't mention his name. I too bet him his previous start, when he couldn't get by a Jamie Ness horse, and then decided to load up on an Equal Opportunity over Jaiman exacta (no backup, of course). So I see your pain, and raise you!

Default Pays $7.40

won by 2 1/4 today, under wraps at the wire. Andy, were you the reason why he went from 7-2 to 5-2 late?

As I was watching the post parade for Hangingbyathread, I looked over and happened to notice a horse by the name of Equal Opportunity winning the 8th at Pimlico today. Only paid $6, but would have been a nice little parlay played with Hanging.. I wish I had checked the Pimlico entries today
