"Neither FanDuel TV nor NYRA offered specifics about the impasse"

~ Maybe not to HRN, but anyone listening to Tony Allevato on ATR heard specifics..

It's the basic issue that TVG created from the start: their desire to retain a disproportionate percentage of the wagering dollar v. bricks and mortar facilities that put on the show. Racetracks have been successfully clawing back their appropriate percentage as contracts have been renewed and NYRA undoubtedly deserves whatever share they're looking for.

Expect that this gets settled by Saratoga opener, but if not, ideally, displaced TVG account holders should move to NYRA Bets where a larger percentage of wagers goes to purses and capital improvements than from any other ADW.

Thanks. I figured it was all about the dollar Tvg has been going downhill especially since sports betting with fan duel. I try to watch the races and they are always pushing sports betting instead of horse racing. I was thinking about a switch so timing may be right.

Residents of New Jersey are stuck with 4njbets.com which is run by TVG.
NJ residents cannot open other wagering accounts unless they want do off shore, until legislative action is taken in the Garden State.
