I think 7/2 is a good line for the odds of Zenyatta actually running in the Classic.
I'm laughing pretty hard that they're not including her in the BC Distaff - because that's the spot she's far more likely to be entered in. As is Rachel Alexandra. |

Nice to see Life Is Sweet is 25/1 even in retirement.

There are a couple of horses that are retired on that list.
I thought some of the sprint odds were very appealing, especially given the terrible state of that division. NT |

I think the Euro Juddmonte 3yo will make short work of anyone here for the Turf race.
Question is, will he be here. |

I thought I read somewhere that Midday is coming back for the F/M Turf, so Juddmonte would have quite a strong hand for the entire program. Wynn usually doesn't release futures for the turf races until quite a bit later in the year, especially after getting more of an idea of what's going on with the Euros. NT |

Overlays in Classic:
Rail Trip Sidney's Candy Trappe Shot (maybe) 40-1 on Proviso seems semi-playable in the Distaff - I could see her going there. I kind of like 18-1 on Afleet Express in the Mile and 50-1 on Trappe Shot is too high. 50-1 on First Dude would almost be playable in that spot too. 22-1 is way too high for Bribon off his last. |

Even though he hasn't been on the worktab in a while - I can't believe no odds are offered on Mission Impazible for the dirt mile.
I HATED him going into the Derby - and not a lot was talked about his race - but, I think he and Conveyance were obviously the two horses you'd want out of the Derby. One set a murderous pace for 7 furlongs and only got a VERY ugly running line to show for his brilliant display of speed .. the other had a little trip trouble while up near the heat and ran sneaky well. That pace was insane considering how dull and tiring the track was. Noble's Promise would seem like the logical future book play for a Dirt Mile if you're talking about finding something that exited the Derby .. but his sires stats are utterly Ruthian on wet racetracks and he's being shipped to Europe and all this other nonsense. |

comedero at 40-1
You can get the derby trifecta at 30-1, 22-1,75-1 respectively. Would that be totally crazy to play each of those? |

Paddy's staying on the turf, Ice Box came up empty in the Belmont, and Super Saver was exposed in the Preakness.

There really are some prices on there that, at least at this point in time, make it clear how bad some divisions are. 8-1 on D'Funnybone in the Sprint? NO thanks. NT |

Did you mean to say that Paddy should never have been on dirt, Ice Box was exposed in the Belmont and Super Saver was exposed in every race away from CD? |

10/1 is a bit short for a future wager this far out, but if I had to pick the winner right now I'd probably have to go with Blame.

Perhaps they will unretire her, run her in the race, and then expect her to be named HOY.

I've got Blame booked at 10-1... liking it more and more!
