TVG is showing some of them, and they usually provide pp's. I haven't looked yet which ones are on. I fall asleep sometimes they are on so late.
You can bet with them but I don't have a betting account with TVG. I love Hong Kong Racing, such pagentry... I'm excited...

Thanks for the link. I believe Theiman is right my dear sistah but oh... you follow HK too? Yea! My weakness. Even during the off-season I have to check the swimmers, gelding reports and stuff.  Had HK adoptions on another forum last season and it was fun keeping track of over 100 of the boys (they're all boys except for like one!!!). I never play it (I'm a moron and only bet at the track) but it's my favorite racing to follow and I've stalked enough trainers and SCMP guys to where i get the inside dirt now. Not fair the way Japan racing is well-respected and HK is an after-thought.... I've only seen it on TVG if there's a big race in Japan as a sort of filler. I shall save the rest of my rant for another day.

I'm even starting to recognize the ATR horses since it's on TVG now. I know who Ramonti is and Turtle Bowl, and a few others, don't know the filly though, but I'll route for her since it's the year of the filly..... Isn't there a link somewhere though for HK? I know I've watched recently, well last time they were running.

God I miss Bulldozer. Trackwork notes... RACE ONE, RATED 40-20 (C5), 1,200 METRES Dragon Inn has come along nicely for Me Tsui and stretched out pleasingly in his final gallop on Friday with the trainer himself on board. Ambition had a very good turf gallop alongside higher grade galloper Sunny Power 10 days ago and is very well graded. Spicy Hot hits the bottom grade for the first time and did trial nicely down the straight last Saturday. Prime Mover has been a significant trackwork improver this term, while Withallmyheart also pleased in his final piece of work on Thursday. RACE TWO, RATED 40-20 (C5), 1,400 METRES Sevens Heaven has been impressing in the mornings and has captured our attention on several occasions lately. Glorious Rhythm has plenty of convictions but he's taken the class tumble and has prefaced his return with some quality gallops. Mythic Steed won first-up last season and has once again done some very nice work, the latest a nice Thursday riverside 800m with Paul Lo on board. Fast Winner has been working along nicely, while Rampant Lion had a quiet trial down the straight on turf last weekend. RACE THREE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES Taiji Spirit has done plenty of work prior to his return to C4 and one gallop in particular, last week, was very sharp. Favourite Supreme ran home strongly to win a 1,000m barrier trial under Vincent Sit and has had a thorough preparation. Medallion worked home late in his barrier trial before pleasing in a Thursday riverside gallop on turf. Rain Check look a likely type and could shape well on debut, while Moshi Moshi has worked well, trialled strongly and looks the part. RACE FOUR, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,600 METRES Right Fraar ran second first-up last season and has once again done plenty of work for his return. Lucky Money Star has been a clear trackwork improver, even though he's probably hard to find from the form book. Galaxy Dancer won a trial and has come along nicely since, pleasing in each of his three subsequent gallops. Good View Success will have his first start for the Tony Cruz stable and has certainly caught our attention. RACE FIVE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,400 METRES Savute takes the drop to C4 and will debut for new trainer Peter Ho, having won an AWT trial over 1,050m. Gallant Knight is well graded and has telegraphed his wellness with some pleasing sprint work in recent weeks. Kaiser's Prize quickened up quite impressively in an AWT trial and the last-start C4 winner is still well graded. Medic Legion looks in wonderful order and could give trainer Paul O'Sullivan a flying start to his season. Rocket Power is the other major chance, having trialled and worked strongly. RACE SIX, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,200 METRES Dim Sum is a bit bulkier than the horse we knew last term but most of that is muscle development and he's certainly gone nicely in his work, too. Island Super created a huge impression with his trial win down the straight at Sha Tin last weekend. Pickett looks an absolute picture and it will be a real surprise if he doesn't put himself right in contention here. Fly Me To The Moon has had a full preparation under the tutelage of trainer John Size, even if he does need some luck to offset the bad barrier. Rich Dragon trialled nicely on August 31 and has been kept fresh since. RACE SEVEN, RATED 100-80 (C2), 1,000 METRES Country Music has taken the class drop and while his work may be quite what it was two years ago, he still rates among the better chances. Friendly Gains has not trialled but has done some stylish pieces of work, particularly his back straight gallop on Monday. Fifty Fifty was ridden out to win his trial over 1,000m last Saturday but this honest galloper will be thereabouts once more. Ultra Fantasy was given a quiet time in the concluding stages of his trial and has worked well since. RACE EIGHT, RATED 120-95 (C1), 1,200 METRES Down Town's final gallop down the riverside on Thursday showed he is close to his right form once more. Green Birdie's barrier trial second last weekend was excellent, especially considering his slow getaway. Helene Brilliant won a trial and has had two gallops since, the latest a smart 800m on Thursday. Yellow Diamond's riverside was a good piece of work by his standards, while Sunny Power has gone well each time we've seen him lately and looks much stronger this preparation. RACE NINE, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,400 METRES Dao Dao was a very smart galloper in Sydney and left a positive impression after his hard-held seventh in a trial on August 31. Being Famous is getting to the veteran stage but he seems to be striding out freely at the moment and is a proven fresh performer. Classic Reunion had a quiet trial last weekend but this well-bred galloper is moving nicely and seems to have hit it off nicely with jockey Glen Boss. Ferro Beau might be some value, having had a barrier trial and he'll go forward with a light weight. RACE TEN, RATED 100-80 (C2), 1,400 METRES Maverick Star has done some very smart pieces of work and is moving fluently. Californiamountain also seems to be going well and was far too good for his stablemate California Bishop when they were paired up on Thursday. Pocket Money looked great when he trialled on August 31 and again when galloping under trainer John Size on Wednesday. Horace's Choice is a classy customer who may have looked slightly disappointing in his trial last weekend but he did not seem comfortable on the outside of the straight track - other than that, he seems fit and well. Trackwork notes for the other opening day.... the happiest place on earth, Happy Valley!
RACE ONE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,000 METRES Choice And Chance is always hard to beat when he drops back to C4 and has prepared for this with some nice pieces of work and a pleasing barrier trial. Perfect Treasure has done a number of nice workouts and has been travelling so easily that he's been changing leads to relieve the boredom. Insider has done some nice work and his final gallop was down the riverside, solo, on Thursday. Amazing Choisir has had a full preparation and seems to have improved during the break, while Keen Soul took the eye in one particular piece of work under Felix Coetzee last week. RACE TWO, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,650 METRES Hold Hands has been given a full complement of work by Caspar Fownes and seems to be coming to hand nicely. King Of Fish isn't a grand mover at the best of times but is pretty sound at the moment and worked fairly fluently, by his own standards at least in his final gallop under Douglas Whyte. There was plenty to like about the way Spaced found the line in his barrier trial last Friday week. Chinook doesn't win out of turn but his back straight gallop on turf, Monday, was as good as he's gone in ages. RACE THREE, RATED 40-20 (C5), 1,200 METRES China Sportfield has lost two races here on protest and has prepped for this with a series of strong gallops. Dragon Stride is "flying" in his work and probably hasn't gone better for two years. Douglas Whyte has been riding him in his work and he looks ready to go. Touch Down went down the riverside on Thursday with Sunday's runner-up Mythic Steed and went very well with trainer Michael Chang on board. Strike To Win has also been working stylishly and caught the eye with his fast riverside on Thursday. RACE FOUR, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES Super Goal Master is a nice young horse destined for bigger things. He's had a full complement of work, plus a trial and is ready for his return. Happy Elite has been brought along steadily - his trial was sound and assistant trainer Raymond Tsui never let him off the bridle on Monday. Magic King may have sufficient speed to offset his wide barrier and if that is so, he's certainly done enough good quality work to present himself as a winning chance. Kingston Marble looks a big "pretty" but has a real bloom at present and could run well fresh - last week's trial has definitely improved him. RACE FIVE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,650 METRES Harry Harry is smart on his day and trainer Manfred Man has certainly stuck the work into him for his return. Key Winner broke through at the end of last season and his work and general appearance suggest he's ready to run a race first-up. Chater De Lago went well in an all-weather trial and is fitter for three gallops subsequently. Perseverence has been a star worker and hasn't put a foot wrong in this preparation. Aurelian zoomed down the 400m on Sunday and looks very forward in condition. RACE SIX, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,000 METRES Classa For Ever is always hard to beat once he takes the drop back in grade and has been showing all his usual speed in recent work. Good To Go looked very good in his September 1 trial, and could easily have won instead of finishing second to Favourite Supreme. Har Har Charms, unusually for a John Size-trained horse, had a riverside gallop under Douglas Whyte on Thursday and then moved nicely with the trainer on board, Sunday. Winning Fellowship had boundless energy as he charged down the straight 800m of the riverside gallop, Thursday, under Brett Prebble. Wine Win looked very fit at the end of his Sunday gallop on the AWT. RACE SEVEN, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,650 METRES Liaobuqi is very fit for his return to racing and has been given a full preparation of gallops, plus a trial. Award has worked in his usual manner and he too has undergone a full complement of work. Multi Millions has done a number of attractive pieces, with Gerald Mosse on board. Kowloon Fit is very forward in condition and there has been plenty to like about the way he's been going. Connoisseur's Love has caught the eye with his healthy general appearance, while Miraculous flew down the back straight on turf, Monday, stretching out very well for Felix Coetzee. RACE EIGHT, RATED 100-80 (C2), 1,200 METRES Sanziro has worked strongly and made nice ground in a recent 1,050m barrier trial on the all-weather. Grand Supreme has done plenty of work and trialled very nicely at Sha Tin last Friday before being shut down in the final 200m. Easy was doing handstands in a straight 1,000m trial on September 1 and simply loafed along in a turf gallop on Monday with stablemate Seasons Knack. Bear Macho looks very well, has done a full complement of work and Eric Saint-Martin has been on board him the last five gallops.

Their horses aren't usually the best in the world, but you get full and competitive fields usually every time out of the box.
Great betting product and everything feels classy. Smaller pool of horses, trainers, and jockeys allows for patterns to present themselves and makes it a more friendly game for both the fan and the bettor.

We see some sort of corruption fairly often over here, and in America it is the same. The more betting turnover/money to be won the more corruption there will be. Now, i'm not dumbing down the racing at all. I watch as much as i can, but the time difference often stops me from doing so. I love watching the big racing and seeing how popular it is over there.

I'm going to be in HK for about 10 days in October. I've always missed the Happy Valley races, but would love to go to Sha Tin...Anyone know the racing days? And is Happy Valley running as well?
