Default Fumble stat shocker adds glare to Pats' duplicity

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/deflate...07565-nfl.html

Pretty damning sub-stat.. Pats don't fumble anymore since rule change allowed for teams to use their own balls.

Thing I don't understand is that an Official touched the ball to reset on EVERY single New England play and didn't recognize the balls were underinflated?

what i want to know...(and i'm so tired of hearing about the damn footballs. and for christs sake, can they stop with the -gate on everything?!)
is are they sure that the refs actually checked the psi on the balls???
also, the balls were properly inflated in the second half, when the pats really kicked butt.

just saw this:

http://larrybrownsports.com/football...atriots/253599

i've thought since the story first broke that the refs didn't check them...just signed off on them.
but, we all know the nfl doesn't want to ever fess up. i'd imagine they're hoping this all just goes away.
it is after all the same nfl who fined lynch for a lewd gesture, and then was selling a photo of the lewd gesture on its' website!!!

aaron rodgers likes his balls overinflated. brady likes them lower...why can't the qb's have it how they wish?

Have not heard this much talk about balls since Deep Throat first came out, this is the price we pay for 24/7 sports TV and radio. Anyway, should be a great game.

I guess Stevan Ridley really can't hang on to the football.

New England had better hope they don't turn the ball over on offense. Every bad throw, every interception, every dropped ball, every fumble is going to be met with the same type of speculation.

It's an impossible situation and an impossible amount of pressure (sorry ) to have to deal with, no matter how they try and spin it.

If Kraft is really disappointed that Brady and the equipment people conspired to cheat, he should suspend Brady himself. The NFL won't have the balls to do it.

It's irrelevant. They won the freakin Super Bow for Christ sakesl. Its like all those insider traders getting fined 5 million after making 500 million.

Maybe they can send Martha Stewart to prison, I mean suspend her.

she did her time and didn't complain. She made Thanksgiving dinner for everyone in the joint and it was awesome. She's smart enough to be a man.

4 games for Brady. Pats lose 2016 1st and 2017 4th.

Can't wait for Garappolo to show he's secretly a superstar because that franchise never stops shitting horseshoes.
