Bayerd takes heat early but has no answer for Trout's Shotgun Kodiak.. Modest 78 Beyer. Now we know why Brewster and Asmussen took the conservative route with Bayerd. Meanwhile, CR Trout is winning a lot of races with his own Okie-bred horses.
