Covfefe was super impressive. Couldn’t help but flashback to horses like Safely Kept, Meafara, and Soviet Problem while watching this.

That was a very exciting performance. Exciting start for a great two days of racing. I’ve been a little out of the loop the last two days but did the track speed up before her race? Seems strange the runner up would’ve also set a track record.

That horse ran a really good race. 1:07 and 3. Broke the track record by a full second. Super impressive. That is a really, really good horse.
And a lot of good sprinters have run at Pimlico over the years. This was just jaw-dropping. I watched and all I could say was "Whoa". Super-great performance. One of the best performances I seen in the last 10 years.

Super impressive filly, and 107 even feels a little low considering Chalon was also impressive and should be in the 100 range, but the track was definitely MUCH faster than normal. Pimlico has no run-up at 6F, unlike most major tracks- so times average about a second slower than comparable tracks. It's rare that anybody breaks 1:10.
