The story is that he was 15 pts behind in the polls, so he pulls this fiasco out of his butt and ramrods 3 young men and their families into a year plus of hell that can never be undone. He should be disbarred and criminally charged. And I'm still waiting for the Duke 88 to sing out an sincere apology to these men and their families...plus some cash!

Retirement is too good for him. These attorneys should be held accountable for their actions, beyond losing their jobs. Did you ever notice how the only ones in a courtroom who don't swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth are the lawyers and the judge.

there should be criminal charges against him. this was fraud on a massive scale by him. losing his job, or law license, is NOT enough. what he did was criminal.
and yes, those who immediately rushed to judgement, who signed petitions, fired the coach, etc, should be apologizing profusely!

can he make Al Sharpton retire or go away also.

They basically pulled the same crap. Use the Race card to further your own ambitions and mow down innocent people along the way. All this does is screw people who have legit claims that are racially charged.

Maybe he can also make Jesse Jackson and Louis Farrahkan retire also.
