Default Delta Downs ?

O.k.. I need some help... I am going to Delta for fun tonight and I know it's a longshot but was wondering if anyone had any tips on this track. I handicapped the form last night and hope I picked some winners, but if anyone has any picks or "insider" tips on how to play the track... please feel free to post.

Cowgirl...

You got the right guy helping you... Hooves may be the "KY Killing Machine", but nobody better on the Bayou than our own 'Sweet Dick Willie'!

Question for Swed....
In the 9th why no Creampuff. I don't have a form so only looking at entries online...no pp's. Is she off form or you just don't like her in this race? I usually like Creampuff, just wonderin if something is up. I always look hard at Haunted Waters. Nice pics you have up there, good combos of jocks and trainers too with it only being 2nd day.

Getting excited for The Fairgrounds, never been to Delta, but so many of the horses, trainers and jocks come here, trying to keep an eye on how things are turning out.

Thanks for your help with some picks... I am definately looking forward to going to an actual racetrack for a change (verses the computer) and will take into account your expertise.

P.S. I'll let ya'll know how it goes tomorrow. They have a $1500 contest for any fan that picks a horse in 9 races that finishes in the top 3.. Should'nt be too hard..lol...

Well, it was a tough night to say the least. Could'nt pick a winner to save my life except for the "old Man" in the 4th.. I believe he was about the shortest price all night. Got blew out of the contest by the second when my selection came in 4th.. Only had 88 people in the contest and hated to be finished so early. Seems I do so well in most online contests and was pretty dissapointed that I was out so early. anyhow.. Get this.. My husband whom has absolutly no interest what-so-ever pick us a winning tri just by likeing the names.. lol.. Is'nt that just about the way it goes? lol.. anyhow. Had a good time and look forward to to going back again.
