Personally, I will be going against Hunting and Evening Attire for the most part. Did not get to watch races from Wed-Fri, but from the charts it looks like speed is still holding well, especially in higher quality races. Like Barcola there.

Here were my final gradings (cut a few C's in the name of budget:

R6
A - 1,2,3
B - X
C - 7,9

R7
A - 6,9,11
B - 3
C - 4,5,8

R8
A - 4
B - 6
C - 2

R9
A - 4,7
B - 1,6
C - 3,8,9

Gonna combined grade and put some tickets together with Pointman if time allows.

Good luck today!

Looks like the only race we disagree on is the 8th.

I'm looking for a closer and you're looking for the speed to hang on.

Personally I think there is going to be three or four horses going for the lead which could soften up Barcola for Hunting and the old man.

I'll see how the track is playing in the earlier races and what the changes are and then make any modifications.

Good Luck!

Agree with almost everything
Race 6
1a,2,3,10:
Actually like the other part of the entry and want to include the 10. New horse on the scene. I know speed has been good, but for some reason it melts here the 10 could be a big price.
Race 7
3,9,11:
I really like the Trombetta horse, looks like he can rate.
Race 8:
2,3:
Really would like to single hunting, but the old man ren well last time and picks up Prado.
Race 9: 7,9,11
The 11 has hit the board alot and has been working well in the mornings.

Agree with Pmac on the 8th, the scratch of the 5 helps Barcola. I think that Marital Asset could be a sneaky play here at a bit of a price if he can rate of Barcola, although, the 5 would have helped his causes. If Nkosi Reigns does not press Barcola, Barcola could his way around the track

Why is Suny's Boy 7/2 down from a ML of 50:1? What am I missing? His published work outs are not that inspiring and the 17 month lay-off does invoke any confidence.

Hey Nick - Glad we did combined grading. Boosted that 7th race winner from a "C" to an "A". Good call by you there!

Unbelievable, Barcola had no excuse, they let him walk on the lead just like I thought they would. And look at the damn willpays, Barcola would have brought similar numbers. F me, too.

Barcola may have come down even if he won, pushed EA way out in the stretch. That was a killer for us.

Peconic Bay's win makes the 8th a moot point for us. Didn't even cover as a "C". Just another $38K pick4 at Aqueduct...
