Autism Awareness: Exits ECR with fracture
Appears that Autism Awareness has exited the El Camino Real Derby with a fracture and will be sidelined an estimated 4 months..

Like many, I am sorry to hear that this horse got hurt. I like hearing these stories. It was a nice, humanistic story and regardless of how far he went he might have been the pull at your heartstrings story this year. First, it's a story about a "cause" and people like that. Second, people like these kinds of stories. It's good for the sport and for the business.
For those who don't like, think it's BS, find fault, make others out to be wrong, etc. -- those people are better off marinating in their own negativity. Like I've always said, it says more about the author than it does about the subject. Eric
