A tough question. Do you add some that you know have the earnings to be in the Derby or do you try to maximize points by taking some that will be in the Blue Grass or Arky Derby and hope that one of those will be a real contender? I'm not sure that I really need more horses. I think this game is really won by the jockeys and trainers that you choose. If you didn't choose right, you're probably toast at this point anyway. All that aside, I'll probably take Tale of Ekati and Colonel John like a zillion other people.

Definitely going with Cool Coal Man. Smooth Air is a possibility too. Gonna keep my options open until the fields are set, but CCM seems like a definite for me. He may get me points this weekend even though he has to face Pyro, and like his chances for the derby. I'm not gonna win, but I'm currently just outside the top 1000, so I'd be happy to be in the top 1000.

I have a stable I made as a 2nd stable that is at 624. No real shot, but I'd love to finish in the top 500.

I'll have five going this weekend already, so I may look to the Lexington.

Trying to figure that out!
