Default SAT Action -Magna 5 , GP PK4, & Spot Plays

Magna 5

Leg A - LRL R9 - Clm 25k (25-20) N3L

#3 No Patience Here - Beaten favorite 3 1/2 weeks ago versus similar company picks up the apprentice jock for this event.
#6 Put It in Writing - Popular claimer finds himself in yet another new barn. 9/14 ITM.
#4 Cudjo - Takes the blinkers off after getting beat by a combined 30 lengths in his two starts in 2009 while facing allowance coming at Philly. WON

Leg B - SA R4 - G2 San Carlos Handicap

#5 Georgie Boy - Much the best in the Sunshine Millons Sprint last month. Classy, versatile, and making 3rd start off a layoff. All systems go. WON
#6 Muttadda - Amoss ships in from the FG after he beat a nice field of sprinters including Grand Traverse in the Big Easy. How will he handle the pro-ride?

Leg C - GP R9 - G2 Mac Diarmida Stakes (Turf)

#3 Spice Route - Will get his preferred firm ground after being freshened up for a bit. Expecting a big effort right off the bench.
#6 Always First - Multiple graded stakes winner is very consistent and a major player here.
#12 Precious Passion - Showed he can rate in the SM Turf where he could not hold off Soldier's Dancer. Not the ideal post, but hard to leave him out of the ticket. WON

Leg D - GG R4 - MSW 29k

#6 Kalookan Ghost - Only 1 of 2 working at GG (Tapeta surface) and shows a bullet two back for a trainer that wins 14% with 1sters.
#2 King's Humor - Cuts back after not showing much @ 2-1 going a mile. Like the bullet work out of gate and Baze sticks.

Leg E - SA R5 - Cal Breds OC25k/N1X (Turf)

#2 One On the House - Looking for improvement 2nd off a long layoff for Ellis. Likes the distance and had a solid '08 campaign around this level of competition.
#10 Intermission - Has improved with every start and won his only turf race. Top trainer and jock only hurts his odds.
#9 Taco Willy - 8yr old gelding makes his 3rd start of the year and switches to the lawn, which he's had some success earlier in his career.

Magna5 - 3 4 6 / 5 6 / 3 6 12 / 2 6 / 2 9 10 = $108

Gulfstream Park

R7 - Clm 20k (20-17.5) (Turf)

#7 Art of Diplomacy 3rd
#12 Mascot WON
#8 In Classic Fashion
#3 Shanclif 4th
#2 Note to Harry 2nd

R8 - Starter Alw25k

#1 Ward Entry WON
#8 Threetimesawonder 2nd

R9 - G2 Mac Diarmida (Turf)

#3 Spice Route - Will get his preferred firm ground after being freshened up for a bit. Expecting a big effort right off the bench.
#6 Always First - Multiple graded stakes winner is very consistent and a major player here.
#12 Precious Passion - Showed he can rate in the SM Turf where he could not hold off Soldier's Dancer. Not the ideal post, but hard to leave him out of the ticket. WON

R10 - MSW 40k

#1 Eagle Poise
#5 Santana Six WON
#11 Big Flirt

PK4 - 2 3 7 8 12 / 1 8 / 3 6 12 / 1 5 11 = $45 for a $.50 play PAID $130.10 for $.50

PK6 - 1 7 9 / 1 4 9 / 7 12 / 1 / 3 / 1 5 = $72

Fair Grounds

R9 - Bayou Handicap (Turf)

#4 Meribel - Casse took her out to SA for a G2 where she finished 6th beaten 4 lgts. She's faced tough (Graded) company last year and her win at KEE in Oct 2008 was impressive. 7th - Showed nothing

Tampa Bay Downs

R8 - Tampa Bay (Turf)

#7 Furthest Land - Looking for 4th victory in a row for Maker. Took care of a couple of talented big fields at GP and is obviously in razor sharp form. Demand 3-1 or better with Classic Campaign in the field. 7th Very WIDE trip

Good Racing Luck

What in particular do you like about Ward's #11 Big Flirt in the GP nitecap? He looks like a good workout horse but a flop on the track thus far.

Thank you for your effort and good luck.

Furthest Land got screwed on the weights. He is making his Stake debut while he is conceding weight to graded stakes winners.

H Frank, I like the fact that Ward brings him back in 3 weeks and he should be tighter for this affair (2nd off a layoff). He's one that has the potential to improve here and will be a nice price. He's taken some money in his brief career, but you're right he must show it in the afternoons.
