Default Mets

Are the Mets in trouble? Pedro is not looking good at all, said himself he has absolutely no confidence in his pitching at the moment. Hard to imagine he'll be much better in 6 days.

El Duque, Glavine and Tracshel are always reputable pitchers, but lets face it, none of them anywhere close to being guarnteed wins.

Is their offense good enough to carry mediocre pitching over mediocre teams? Sure hasnt been lately.

I dont like their chances, especially if they have to play Houston in the 1st round. Philadelphia will give them a lot of trouble as well. They're best hope is to play the Dodgers in round 1. That would be their easiest matchup in my opinion.

Astros are in a rain delay in Pittsburgh at the moment. Oswalt is pitching for them so you have to liek their chances at the win. That would put pressure on the Cards who get Milwaukee tonight.
